just want something a bit bigger in terms of square footage, but not a detached home. definitely thinking of a condo. Upon looking at listings I never realized condo fees could fluctuate so wildly.

"Oh wow this property is quite nice and it's pretty cheap... oh condo fees are $850 a month"
