I’m so old I remember…

Driving around in the 1970 Ford LTD with dad, no seatbelts anywhere. As we drove, I would climb over the front seat to get to my brother and vice-versa.

I'm so old I remember some of my relatives using Colgate Tooth Powder. It came in a can and after you wet your toothbrush you just sprinkled it on and started brushing. I tried it a couple times and it had a pleasant flavor , but a lot of it would fall off the brush into the sink before getting it in my mouth. Maybe they still make it , but I haven't seen it since the 1960s.

I'm so old I remember Starman on TOTP
Not sure that gets enough credit for how iconic it was.
People talk Sex Pistols first gig or maybe Stone Roses but that moment changed many peoples lives
Many of the artists I loved in the 80’s were inspired by that moment.

I'm so old that I remember when there were only 6 channels on TV. In L.A, they were 2, 4, 7, 9, 11, and 13.
