My littlest H'ette has a project due Monday. We have to ask 100 people 2 questions.

Will you help?

1. How many cousins do you have?

2. What is your favorite animal?

When we get the answers she has to tally them, put it in a bar graph and pie chart. I cannot thank you enough!!

For clarification, do you only want real cousins or are we doing the whole "second cousin once removed" thing?

17 cousins

favorite animal is a dog, English Pointer to be specific

1. I have 20 first cousins.

2. My favorite animal is a kitty cat. Meow! :cattail:

If first cousins, then it is something like 30.

For favorite animal, list mine as beaver. (Seriously, beavers rock!)

1. I lost count at 50. (My father has 23 brothers and sisters).

2. Cats, I guess.

I have to tell her this with a straight face?

:caning:

I am folded in half laughing!

23? That is incredible, my gosh!!

I'm an only child, can't imagine.

His father was married twice and was born before 1900...like 1893, I think. My mother has four siblings. Lots of cousins! Heck, I have six. I may have one more.:)

I am an only child also.

That is a great story! I love family history.

Holidays have to be amazing by you darling one.

Dad's family...we rent a school gym. When you get all my cousins, and their spouses, and the children...it's quite a hullabaloo.

I host a reunion at my place every other summer, this will be my last one to do here. I have about 48 people camping on the property :)

There's a hayride, cornroast, inflatable jumping castle for the kids. We have a lot of fun.

I send a SASE to all the cousins and have them each send back a question to ask our grandmother, our aunts/uncles...we film them answering as part of our family history.

I love donig that...watching those, especially as we are beginning to lose them (I still have 8 great aunts and 2 great uncles)...is a good thing, indeed.
