Actually...Kentucky and Virginia use to be just one big commonwealth. Until old Daniel Boone came along that is. Maybe we should just reclaim our heritage and annex the place. ;~)
 
quite a bit of weather we're having today...

so it's dark with loud thunder here... raining down hard... the perfect weather for staying in bed... preferably with company

That......sounds like a great plan. Just any company or you have someone in mind. :)

We just got power back on here. I spent the evening siting on the back deck listening to the rain, dodging spay coming through the screen and watching lightning. Nice, but not nearly as much fun as your suggestion.

Hope everyone is ok and no of you gets it too bad from this weather.

I hope all our KY friends are ok. I know we have a few from this thread in the Louisville area. I know that Owensboro was lucky this time. Glad that you are ok Jimequfa.:rose:

Hey, KYians. Kids started school; I get two weeks of peaceful days before I hit it myself. Hubby's gone till Friday. I think I'll sleep all day tomorrow...sounds good to me right now.
