Jenny I left out the part about the "right loving hands" cause I believe that the only loving hands that are needed are our own. Love yourself first, and the rest will follow. I believe that love is best when it radiates out.

I am please to announce that mine has been healed for quite a while now. I may be sad about the past, but the present has proved to be more than adequate to lift my spirits!

I am just having fun. I a love diabetic. I am keeping my heart away from the gooey, sweet stuff called love so that my soul insulin level stays constant.

In short, I am a happy camper!

They were never bad, Lady Sam, I was just pissed off at how it was done. I was never in an exclusive relationship with tavish, I had others. It was the lies and deception.

I agree wholeheartedly, Ebony! I had edited that post a couple of times, but should have just left it the way you did! The "right loving hands" help soothe the bruises.

Learned it is absolutely true that you cannot expect anyone to really love you until you really love yourself!

Me too. You know, it wouldn't be so bad if I just knew what the hell was going on. But I don't even have a way to find out. It just breaks my damn heart. I hate this! The thing that makes it the worst is that I sent him a full length photo of myself the same day. So I don't know if that's the reason he hasn't contacted me or if it's something else. Man, talk about a blow to the ego! Oh well... fuck it! I'm just trying to get through each day as it comes. :(

I am finally back....though I wish I wasnt. I had the enormous pleasure of spending more than a month with the woman I love. Aaahhhh how glorious.
I am sorry to see so many sad stories...lingering doubts....and broken hearts here upon my return. My prayers are with you all.
Jenny and Oman....glad to see you both still going strong. I missed reading your posts.

Well i believe that if your in love you will be willing to wait till you get to actually be with that person my man lives a state away but we did get together before i moved but i thought i might not last but we make it so we can see each other and that shows me that he really does care and once you find that special person nothing else matters but them i love him i hope everyone finds that kinda love becuase it is really great

Hi Princess Amber! I agree that although waiting is such a hard process in an LDR, it certainly feels worth it when you're together again.

I feel like a yo-yo!

Allan finally got in touch with me yesterday... He'd been deported back to S. Africa. He's re-applied for his American passport and the US Embassy has gauranteed him that he'll have it within three weeks, and he'll be on his way here as soon as he gets it. Hopefully... So I remain cautiously optimistic... :D
