Given the interest in music that seems to have been generated here....wondered how many of you old 70's and 80's fans were aware of the upcoming tour of the master of the epic concept album, Rick Wakeman?

How many remember Journey to The Centre of The Earth?....
King Arthur and The Knights of The Round Table?

This is being billed as his very last.....

..and I notice there has been a rerelease of the "War of The Worlds"............complete with all sorts of extras and good stuff....
Had to have a bit of a nostaglia trip today so I got this one out and played it.......Richard Burton's voice as the narrator is still cream worthy....

Wow didnt know he was coming and I bet it wont be to Adelaide.... I have about 5 albumns of his and a bit of Yes as well. Even have a DVD of the Melbourne concert from the 70's for Journey and selected other songs. Do you know who the promoter or ticket people are?

Its an Australia wide tour I believe but I'm not sure whether its TM7 or Ticketec that are promoting....maybe you could come to Melbourne to see him??

I have the two CD set and have been playing it today actually....

Depends on the Sydney dates...I cant do Melbourne as I will be in Wagga...I am extremely pissed at that!

Thought i would come say hello, found this thread while roaming the playground and since i am from kinda Melboune (more south of Melbourne) ok Gippsland area i couldn't go past the thread...Great warm day here today, not been a very wet winter. Least i can get my washing dry..lol
