Why wouldn't it be worth it.
The chance of getting caught is almost zero.
Probably about the same as getting a speeding ticket in the Daytona 500.
Actually its not, getting caught or just wasting your time would be rather easy.
This is different from the gun issue, which is impossible to truly regulate or control (even leaving aside the unconstitutionality of any kind of gun control laws), in that people at the polls have some means of limiting access by criminals and illegal voters in general to the polls.
Ignoring that we use common sense to get around the Constitution all the time it can be rewritten. The gun control issue is not impossible to regulate, we simply choose not to.
