Yup And I found out there's a possible motel that would charge like 5 bucks per head if we have at least 30 people.. Or something along that lines, have to know our number before I can really look into it of course.

I'm not so sure about Turkey weekend.. that's not the most pleasant time of year either.. besides.. I'll be broke until after christmas, personally..

I'm broke all the time, year round. *shrug* Doesn't matter to me. And October is beautiful, February is miserable.

If possible, it would be cool to find a place that had an indoor pool - just because, well, it would be fun. Just a though.

I think, what Tolyk and I both need to get this thing going is numbers. How many people want to come. How many are bringing other halves. How many want to stay in a motel, how many would be willing to\want to share a room with someone else, that sort of thing....

I'll be atleast 2 (and likely my daughter who will be 1 at that time) so you can count me for that. We'll likely want to stay down there if it's going to be a while.

I may now have a competing business activity on that weekend, or part of it, but at least it's in Toronto and I'd be free in the evenings.

Nope, haven't met anyone that's posted in this thread.. I've only met 3 people from lit, two of which no longer frequent the site.

Tolyk as mentioned by someone earlier, you might consider posting about this on some other forums, particularly the GB, to get more people attending. Not everyone is a playgrounder and some (like myself) only visit threads they've already subscribed to.

Past TO Lit -togethers have usually been posted on the GB so that's where some people would expect it to be. Here's a link to the Jan '05 one with some info in the first post by rudenastyassbitch that might be helpful.


As for me, February is most likely a no go. Busy season for me, but I'll subscribe to this thread just in case.
