I must confess that of late I have been,
Wracked by a new project (how simply obscene),
And in such states of mine I scarce wax poetic,
I have trouble enough getting my mind round the phoenetic,
Still I have returned, and hope you're all fine,
And that the past few days have been with smiles and fine wine,
Good rhyming to you and good drinking as well,
And I hope tomorrow morn ain't hangover hell.
