Anytime my family leaves I subsist off peanut butter and cheerios. It’s very sad.

My last time I was solo I smoked a pork butt and basically had that three meals a day for three days in different forms.

Broccoli and Brussels sprouts originate from the same plant, so it shouldn't have been as surprised as I was that when roasted, the broccoli takes on a slightly more savory flavor and tastes much more like roasted brussels sprouts than it does steamed or stir fried broccoli. And the texture is just amazing!

Brussels sprouts are best when steamed while you cook some bacon and onion in a pan… then you take the steamed Brussels sprouts and grill them in the pan with the bacon and onion.
