Looks like everyone had a morning.

I survived my son's graduation yesterday. That's the best way to put it honestly.
I did the majority of my crying and such the night before behind the door of my room. It was better that way. The ceremony was short and sweet and we were able to get out of there within two hours.

Morning everyone.

The flag day event is done, the truck unloaded and a cool shower finished. One of my reporter friends from a local TV station came and filmed. The American Legion actually showed up for the event first time in 2 years. I'm finally out of all the water I had here from the Spring events.

I need to rest some then I will grab the extra walkers and take to the nursing home where one of my Marines is. Then swing by and pick up a list of stuff and some cash for what he's wanting.

I agree your Blueness it's been a long ass weird week.
I'm peeking in from the laundromat so I can get some clean clothes done around the heavy rain storms we've been getting. It's been years since we had afternoon rainstorms like this almost every day. It's been like living in a steamer pot just no lobsters waving at me.

Good morning all.

So it has been an interesting few days. Thursday I worked the day job, then was called in for the second job that night. Yesterday I had both jobs although I did get to go out to dinner with my wife last night. I have no idea what she is up to this weekend.
This morning, I get to go out and get a few things before I work a few hours. I guess we're going out to dinner as a family tonight also. Tomorrow I am absolutely off work. I requested it because it is Father's Day and for other reasons.

Morning birthday boy, how's life? It's stormy weather here and all of the barometric changes coupled with some sinus congestion have kicked in a bit of vertigo for me. I never had to deal with that until about seven or so years ago when I came down with an inner ear infection. I'm grateful it's only an occasional thing now.

Otherwise for the Dad's make the most out of today, raising good kids takes a lot of work.
