I've never understood Hooters.
If you want to see waitresses in skimpy outfits, there are far, far better places. Try any decent "Gentleman's' Club." And frankly, many sports bars compete too.
If you want good food, there are far, far better places. Including some of those same sports bars.

Frankly it has never made sense to me....

LOL we don't have any here actually. Your sports bars must be different than mine though, most of mine are filled with cranky men who just want to watch tv, and strip clubs are pretty lackluster 90% of the time.

I don't go to sports bars often, but we have some here that have very sexy waitstaff and decent food. There was one I went to at a conference a couple years back. Some kind of "Western" theme...very hot waitresses dressed in very hot "western" outfits. I thought the food was better too....

Like I said, I've never "gotten" hooters...

I've been in both businesses but not in several years. Where I live both establishments attract occasional problems and neither are where I prefer to have a meal. But in the past they've been nice for get togethers with friends where we were having a meal and a few beers.

I just prefer little, old places. Chain spots and modern sports bars don't have the vibe I like. One of my favorite bars only has one old black and white tv in a corner. They make some serious cocktails though.
