My system doesn't always do well with dairy, it's saving me from myself because I'd eat as much cheese as you could put in front of me. When I hear the term "cheesecake" the first thing I think of is a cake made strictly from Montgomery Cheddars which I'm told is NOT the first thing you're supposed to think of.
