Biden is toast. Currently the House is talking about expunging both of Trump's impeachment articles. If they do that the tears the D's will shed will be epic. They literally did a thorough search because they found the first documents, which is how they found the second batch.

Overall, there needs to be a regulation at transition time, which is enforced, that forces outgoing administrations or gov employees to do searches specifically for classified docs. That there isn't any process like this has become an embarrassing problem for our government.

There was no signed sworn statement at that time. What the G/J determined is that Trump was in violation of the presidential Records Act and unlawful possession of classified material. June 3rd one of Trump's attorneys did attest to turning over what was left behind of all classified docs in the boxes, to assume the attorney lied is presumptuous at best.
