Agree completely. Might add that there should also be adequate support services for people who are capable of and wish to take care of such family/friends but just can’t juggle both it and normal work. No shame in either choice but the choice should be available.

As someone who has dealt in these situations, there are such places, but they are super complicated to navigate and overly challenging to work with even if the individual employees who work in them are doing all they can to provide support.

Yeah … they need better funding / management … it’s ridiculous there is really no place for a lot of these people.

We have places like this. But long wait lists, high turn over, and not enough staff to fill the positions are huge barriers.

2. Peel and core pineapple using said gadget.
3. Remove the core and give to a lady friend as an organic pleasuring device
4. Slice the cored pineapple into rings
5. Give the rings to a male friend (or several friends if you have them which I very much doubt if the only controversial conversation you can have is over pineapple on fucking tomato covered dough) for him/them to stick his dick into
