What’s your most controversial opinion?

SAME! I was watching on the edge of my seat! I also LOVED Janine’s softly spoken “thanks.” That girl needs a win and I desperately want her reunited with her daughter.

I’m hoping Naomi doesn’t survive. Was thrilled about Bell. I go so back and forth on Nick, but I do want him to survive.

June’s speech - ❤️❤️❤️

I reread the novel after watching the first season of the show. And then I read The Testaments as soon as it came out. Highly recommend it, too!
Worst part of this season… knowing we have to wait a year for the Testaments.

"Happy Memorial Day"
Seriously we're honoring those who DIED!
The word “happy” has evolved into a somewhat ubiquitous meaning of good tidings. It’s more of a “good luck” gesture.

Agreed, the term should not be ascribed to a day of remembrance. What should be used instead?

"Good morning/afternoon/evening" is all I use.

The BDSM community, here and elsewhere, has become hyper fixated on shoving everyone involved in BDSM into heavily delineated categories and then telling people how they must think and feel and act within each category.

It strikes me as odd that people who pride themselves on being outside the mainstream conventionality feel the need to be so fucking conventional and normative within their own community. 🙄

I don't disagree about it here.

However, there are more categorising communities, like the ones in my country. We talk a lot about how terms exist just to facilitate communication and speed up finding matching company, but you should still remember to discuss what the words mean in you case.

Some of us with calves can't wear normal or skinny jeans
I don't think that's what she is referring to. But I somewhat disagree with her, sometimes they can be really flattering with the right ensemble and the correct cut.
I’m sure there are body types and outfits that wide leg pants are perfect for and look great, but my controversial opinion is that those are few and far between 🤷‍♀️

I’ll be even more controversial and rank the cuts for women! 😂 Of course, this is only my personal preference.

Flare > boot cut > skinny > boyfriend > wide leg

I find secret pants best. So wide that you think it's a wide skirt.

I loved flares, back in the late 70s and late 80s. Comfortable.

Boot cuts and boyfriend jeans are my faves. I don't have the shape for skinny to look good really. I like wide leg for trousers though
