What Are You Listening To Now? 6.0

Handel/Halvorsen : Passacaglia

Beautiful little piece - simple, elegant, and a real earworm!

Beethoven - 5th Piano Concerto 'Emperor'

One of my favorite pieces of music - ever.

Dave Bainbridge : Veil Of Gossamer

Litfan, you'll enjoy this. (Bainbridge is the guitarist for Iona.)

Epica - Omega

It's a very impressive piece of music. Choirs, orchestra, death metal. But it's not very fun to listen too. It's excessive.

The Beach

They Dream of Starfish

Love this B_J! Well done. And no death growls!!!!!!

Today is explore new music day. Four albums in a row - FOUR - cue crunchy fast guitar, pulsing drum and bass, technically proficient, my head is pleasantly bopping then.....(deep, deep, deep voice) "GROWL ARRGH SATAN GROWL TRAUMATIZED KITTENS GROWL DEATH SPEW ARRGH"

no no no no no no no no.....just no.

There should be a warning label or something.... And don't tell me in the review that this is perfect for fans of Dream Theater...

GAH!

Hear and Dare

Yossi Sassi and the Oriental Rock Orchestra

No throats were hurt in the making of this album....just saying.

Between the Buried and Me : Colors

Not sure how such "black metal" can be called "colors"... :)

Act I: The Lake South, The River North

The Dear Hunter

Cool! A little while ago I did a marathon listen to the whole Dear Hunter series. I would not recommend doing that. They're fine one album at a time, but that extended listen was a bit much - too "samey"
