I used a therapist once to get past a trauma. It helped for a while, then I had to stop going. But it helped. I'm now doing online therapy twice a week (we skype call. It's interesting). I just started, but I like it, and her. So we'll see.

I usually do smooth over chunky. It just has a better mouth feel. I prefer pb and sandwiches with strawberry jelly. It is the perfect accompaniment. However,I will and have eaten a spoonful straight from the jar. I like Reese’s big cups with Reese’s pieces inside. I will also toast bread just to spread pb on it for the melty yumminess.

Smooth also for me. But Raspberry Jam.

Anything Reese's. Holy Hell. Those make me HATE being a Diabetic with a Fiery passion. But the minute my blood sugar is low. Hello Reese's!!!

Acceptable jellies include grape or strawberry. My preference is for raspberry (black over red, but either works) or blackberry.

But the absolute best accompaniment to PB is natural honey. No question.
