I'm also a big fan of the Magic Wand (with the blue vinyl attachments), but I agree with sarah. Your best bet is to invite your wife to pick something(s) out for herself or offer to look together, as we have no idea what type of stimulation or features she would like.
When you suggest her choosing and/or shopping together, make sure she knows you'll be thrilled with anything she selects. Some women are very hesitant to get toys that could provide "too much" stimulation or have certain shapes or functions for fear of offending/making their partners feel inadequate.
You might want to think about suggesting/getting more than one vibe because even when one knows what type of stimulation they need, it can take multiple tries to find a great toy. This can be done inexpensively through eBay's Mature Audiences section (under Everything Else) especially, so then it's no big deal if she doesn't love one or another (yet they're almost always fun to try and use for teasing and such, so it's rarely a loss). Be aware that prices and shipping charges can vary widely for the same toy, and price usually doesn't have much to do with quality.
Vibes that have a lot of power behind them, but can be adjusted or adapted to provide more gentle stimulation are a very good thing. If she's having trouble coming from oral/manual stimulation, you're probably best off getting toys that take more than a couple of AA batteries and are adjustable and versatile (I can slip something between my clit and Magic Wand to decrease the intensity and change the type of stimulation whenever the mood suits, but I can't get more stimulation out of my bullet, for instance).
