Would you meet someone from Lit for coffee?

I would. But they would have to be close, or I'd have to happen to be in there area. No travel for the intended purpose of meeting, that seems like there would be expectations, and that would be stressful. The exception would be I'd travel for like a lit get together, like what people talk about back in the day, where a lot of lit folks meet.

Now, I wouldn't expect this to happen, but it did.
One million years ago.
Not a Litster (and not a first time meeting),
she was a coworker of mine and we met for coffee and actually did have some!
We were sitting in the comfy chairs of Espresso Royale (not with cheese), and she flashed me.
A fantastic memory. So glad to have sketched the event. :)

Not my "date" or even at my table, but at a café and recently.

As was this:

Also not my "date" or at my table, but also recently at the same café.

I also talk and listen.

Fantastic artwork, really enjoyed seeing them. Thank you for posting

It is hard to meet a Lit friend without a lot of stuff hanging in the air.
BUT, I'd certainly meet for tea or coffee... or water!

Maybe if it was on neutral territory, like we were both out of town. There would have to be a lot of trust on both sides

Sure if they were close. Im a big fan of caffeine and new people, but I live in rural PA so the chances are dim.
