Sorry, I’ve never been into Peg Bundy. You seek her out if you want. I know this nice one-eyed mutant in another part of wonderland who sounds like Peg but has a far more interesting personality and looks better also. I think I’ll look her up.

And for the record, I am up to the challenge of dealing with down-votes. I just accepted that it’s a game where the only winning move is not to play.

Why not an orgy? Not play or not care are the easiest wins. I'm still satisfied with what stories I have are 3's, on account of they absolutely are 3's, or voters were being nice. The only things I have under 3 are some poems and those don't qualify for red h's anyway, if I remember.

The problem with me is, my confidence levels cannot deal with even a brief period of one bombing. I’m not patient enough for recovery and I don’t seem to get enough votes to make it happen regardless. So it’s just easier to lock out downvotes along with upvotes. I know I did well for my imagined audience and that’s fine. I don’t rate any stories I read below 4, if I choose to read them.

I rated the first chapter of “Ranger Ramona” a five. If you want I can go back and give specific feedback by comment. Please let me know. The second chapter is on my reading list. I hope to get to it soon.
