CHALLENGE #3

THE REVIVIFY CHALLENGE

Find a long forgotten thread and bump it to life. Then post a link here to the thread you bumped.

* The last post of the thread must be older than 1 year (nothing newer that Sept 2021).
* Threads that cause participation and inclusivity will get the best results.
* The thread that gets the most genuine interaction will be crowned.

Remember the main rules which can be found >>here<<
One post per Litster. Have those submissions in by Friday (winner announced on Friday afternoon).
And even if you don't participate in this challenge, like and comment on your favorites!
Because I want to play along!!!

Here is my entry: You know you've watched too much porn when ...

I'll never understand why it bothers so many people but the same stuff living forever doesn't bum anyone out.

I quite like seeing the older posters and seeing how they posted.
I wonder if it's rooted in being called out and internalizing it. I'm like you, PLP. I love seeing oldies like this bubble up. It's been ages since I've seen RA on a thread and it's lovely to remember those times 😍

Your timing could not be more perfect for this challenge.

It's time to celebrate Litsters! Best holiday of the year!

International Talk Like A Pirate Day!

If ye arrrrrrnt doin it me hearties, yer missin ouuttt. Hah ha hah hah ....arrrgggg

I think the only "Zombie Threads" I don't like to see resurrected are (1) Picture threads in AmPics from a single poster who has left for whatever reason (often many years ago). Yes, she has nice boobs, but she posted 'em in 2006. and (2) Threads where a individual has posted a serious (or silly) question and the replies have run their course. The resurrection post is usually "I agree" or "That's cool".

I looked for an interesting thread. I eliminated any I started (including the one on BDSM that got ZERO replies). I found several that died the day I joined (18MAY2018) and one that I killed on my birthday in 2018. I found an interesting one but got depressed when 9 of the first 11 posts were clever chatter between BadAmy and Fara. Sigh.

I found two candidates. "You Have Been Kidnapped" Where you state what TV / Movie characters you want to rescue you (I said the ORIGINAL Enterprise, Kirk, Spock, Bones, Scotty, Uhura, Sulu and Chekov) and one started by Honey66 (where did she go?) called

Songs That Make you Want To Slow Dance

I posted Harvest Moon by Neil Young (which I recommended on another thread today), so I have resurrected it with "Dance Me to the End of Love" By Leonard Cohen. (A couple of Good Canadian Boys)

Here is one I have revived and we shall see how it gets on:

Foreplay...

I thought this one was interesting & one we don’t have (I don’t think)

If I Knew Then What I Know Now

Well, there were many solid choices, but then I remembered that I am not playing to win, but playing to entertain myself, so who wants to awkwardly flirt with me?

So for challenge 3 I have chosen this one. I like the topic and the last poster was somebody called Amber also so it cried out to me

Thread 'What Is Your Worst Fear?'
https://forum.literotica.com/threads/what-is-your-worst-fear.110047/

First challenge taken here! Coming late to this party unfortunately

This one could be very fun to retake -> Truth or Dare v.2

Because I want to play along!!!

Here is my entry: You know you've watched too much porn when ...

My entry is the OLDEST thread I found that I killed...from September 2013...

Where Do You Like the Cum?

I just revived an oldie but a goodie

Just a reminder of all the threads that have received new life this week!!

Well this one was just a numbers game.

We had a ton of very excellent threads bumped and it's a huge tie for second place with 10 threads having more than 10 new posts but... there is one winner and it was a winner by a mile. Clearly a thread we've all been needing around here for a while with over 145 new posts and more than 6 new pages. A comfortable place to Awkwardly Flirt... and so the winner of the Week 3's Challenge is.....

@Justadesperatewifeandmom

We have a real contender here, everyone. Collecting her second trophy. Is it too early to declare her the Meryl Streep of Lit??
Give it up for the best thread necromancer around!!

New challenge tomorrow and this one is gonna be exciting!!

Well thank you. It was an honor just nominating myself for Jenny nominating Indie and I for nominating ourselves as front runners of awkward flirts everywhere and PLP suggesting it should be a sport.

I am sure there are people all over Lit who do not flirt well and say wildly inappropriate things instead. Hell, my mailbox is full of it. It is nice to find a place on Lit, where we can be laughed with.

A big thank you to all the awkward folks out there, this virtual trophy is for you.

Thanks for the fun PLP

oh ps.
Spay and neuter something or whatever it is they say to be socially conscious
