I can anonymously express my innermost thoughts, no matter how politically incorrect, deviant, kinky, whatever... usually without fear of being judged.
What I say is read by others who have that same side to them. There are only a few people in my real life who have seen that there's a kinkier side to me, and I can feel a bit repressed if I don't share this side of myself sometimes.
