Team cake. and there are so many choices. Opera is on the list for sure. So is molten chocolate, and black forest, and oh, raspberry chocolate layer cake with chocolate ganache. If it is a cake, and contains chocolate, I will probably enjoy it.

Both and is seasonal. Summer pie - peach, cherry, etc is simply perfect (when it’s well made, at least)
All year, cake. Chocolate chip cake. Basic birthday. Cannoli. Not a fan of cheesecake.
That said, great key lime pie is seasonless and amazing.
