Well, I was still going to call ridiculousness, but, in the interest of science ( ), I tracked down a tape measure.

Eh. Sorta works? If you want to convert to sister sizes.

The two biggest stumbling blocks are it seems to assume everyone's bandwidth is 34 inches, which it is most definitelynot. And it doesn't seem to account for @LadyLascivious1 size breasts.
