I have a lot of things I need to get done today and not a lot of motivation to actually do them lol. Staying in my pajamas and coloring and playing games sounds much more fun![]()

I have. Both ibuprofen and paracetamol, as much as is safe, I know from experience that I need both. It tool ages for it to work... Then I woke up after a short moment of sleep, and it took me quite some time to realise that I need a new batch. So now waiting for it to work again.Being achy is the worst. Can you take something for it, an anti-inflammatory like ibuprofen?

This kind of ache (connective tissues I think) is very persistent, worse than migraine or menstrual pain. Even now the migraine disappeared first and hasn't returned.
Bath is not a thing in Finland. You'd struggle to find even one. (If I emptied my sauna of stuff waiting for the relocation I could heat that up, but no Epsom can be used there.)If you are still hurting in the morning, maybe try a warm bubble bath with Epsom salts added.
I wish Bunny snuggles had healing powers.
Just caught me by surprise honestly, but I can see now that it shouldn’t have and it was a serious inquiry, I do apologize and hope you did get some relief.Certainly not seeing where there's anything funny about my post.Maybe you can explain, @Bigbobnc.

I learned today that we are more susceptible to dehydration and heat exhaustion, as a "side effect" of medication that treats depression and anxiety....Not sure where everyone lives, but if you are in the path of any of the mammoth heat waves, please stay safe and hydrated.
I'm sure many of you have Daddies to remind you, but as a friend, I want to remind you as well.![]()
