I am so mad at me right now.... I got an email from Norton saying they charged my account $360... and since they legitimately did that to me a couple years ago, I'm furious and out for blood. So I call, and get someone with a thick accent and after going back and forth he is saying to cancel it he needs me on my computer and is describing how he will get access to my computer.... then I finally realized this was BS and obviously didn't give it to him. But I'm still mad at me for not being more careful about that. After decades of experience in the computer industry, I just wasn't paying attention to all the signs I usually watch for.... because I was so mad they were screwing me again.

Clearly, I need to sit down and have a serious chat with me about this.

Happens to the best of us. Good catch in any case.
