Okay, that's probably enough exclamation points for the day. Hope you all are having a delightful day. It's stunningly beautiful here in this part of California today - cool breeze and a bright blue sky to start the day, with the promise of heat well into the eighties. After our long wet winter I am looking forward to soaking up the sun.

We finally had some rain here Paul. We've been hit with some wild fires set by arsonists so we can use it.

I really thought I was not only doing well but was ahead of the game. BUT...the PT kicked my butt with just isometrics and stretching today. I'm wiped out for what little we did.

Finally made it here.
Had my first real PT work out today with my normal PT.
I stopped by a Publix on the way home & was missing a bag once I made it home.
Of course I stop for bread, pick up stuff that's BOGOs I use & that's what was missing.
So I had to run back to the store to get the bag with the missing bread & stuff in it.

I'm gonna just hide in bed with my ice pack the rest of the day
