I must be the only British person to dislike tea - hell, dislike all hot drinks. I'll stick with the alcohol. I won't feel so much pain when Tal disembowels me.

We due inspectors in so boss wants me on hand just in case they turn up at night

Ahhh! Makes sense. Yes, just like in schools when Ofsted is due. The manipulation of the true goings-on can be quite extreme!

"Yes, Mr Inspector, we work together as a team, yes we are all respected and treated well"

"Yes, Mr Inspector, we teach a wide-range of curriculum and focus on making learning fun, like this..."

(Let's not forget that we've secretly shipped the 'worst' kids out for a few hours to make the classroom calmer...)

I used to love Ofsted visits, the fakest of fake times in a school possible.
