Hey Lucy

I've got my washing hung out, and more laundry on, had my cup of tea and just waiting for husband to get up to have breakfast.

All is relatively quiet here (famous last words!). Each day that passes is a matter of "I'll just get this done before lil one arrives..."

Is it a day working outside on some project for you? How's the house improvements? Finished? Do I want to know?

Tbh I'd be happy with early, she's suffering from PSD, that's why we've done the middle-of-the-night hospital trips.

Sorry to hear there’s been some troubling times with psd, not great, so perhaps a load of curries soon as the old wives tale goes?!

Load of washing now out, next lot in and not a paper shredder in sight! Shame the garden is not quite private enough for a skirt...

Yeah, the beach nearest us (3 min walk) doesn't allow dogs and is always packed with families on nice days like this. Instead, we walk 20 min to a larger beach that allows dogs and is actually nicer, and quieter anyways.

It would have been nice if she could have gotten through it smoothly, but hey, that's life. She's been researching those types of methods lol!

Morning Tal and fellow miscreants and deviants. Sunny day here after some late evening thunder bumpiness. Who's what and what's doing?

I wish it'd thunder here... It's so hot, it's like two rats screwing in a wool sock!

I had a bad childhood experience with thunderstorms where I was up on a ridgeline with a couple of my cousins. A sudden severe thunderstorm blew in with torrential rain. We had lightning strikes in treetops near us and the echoing booms from the thunder were overpowering.
So us kids ran, rolled, fell and crawled our way down to shelter and promptly had our grandmother beating the hell out of us for scaring her. Somehow instead of making me afraid of the stormy weather it convinced me to stay the heck away from pissed off grandmothers. lol

Lifetime ago Tink... I learned to laugh about it later... I'm grateful because I can be in the worst of storms, even tornados and they don't frighten or overly concern me.

So whenever you read a post I make about thunderstorms or severe weather you'll know that I find them enjoyable. Now days and says of continuous rain, well that's annoying.

It was slightly cooler here today than yesterday, but still great. The beach was good, though my dog has a habit of thinking she's a pup again and goes mad running around. She's going to regret it in the morning!
