Excellent

It was slightly cooler here today than yesterday, but still great. The beach was good, though my dog has a habit of thinking she's a pup again and goes mad running around. She's going to regret it in the morning!

I love watching dogs running and playing on the beach and in the waves. They love playing on lakeshores and rivers but the ocean. Well its a whole different thing, for people and dogs.

Oh, no. She looks worse than me hobbling out of her den first thing in the morning She's 11. Mostly mature in spirit now.

She takes supplements already, but will slip her a small painkiller tonight too.

It'll be an early night for me too, had crap sleep last night. Grrr! Kids back to school tomorrow, but got a busy day so no napping in the middle haha.

I slept poorly last night myself and really don't know why. Too late to bed and up at daybreak. No napping so I'm sure tonight will be better.

That's good too, especially with strawberries on top of it, but some chocolate topping isn't bad either.

Planned turbulence is better than unexpected... isn't it?

As for turbulence yes with regards to work or flying, expected is better than unexpected... With regards to other circumstances id say much less so

I can't decide if I agree or not. I do like planned stuff, but sometimes the crappy stuff is better when unexpected- no dwelling on the run-up. It hits you, you run with it, and then afterwards you drink beer and sleep. Sometimes by-the-seat-of-your-pants is less stressful overall.
