Nope, was never really interested in the site, though quite a few AHers seem to be.. they even have a thread dedicated to the subject. The only site I tend to view anymore is this one.. when I'm online at all. And even this site is getting less frequent, I just come on and chat via messenger, but some people I like to talk to never sign in *mutters*

Believe it or not, I actually did this for an organization (all legal) in my early 20's; not tracking down web pages, but tracking down people. Can't give away many details, but I was able to find people all over the country. I could do it for a living, and be pretty successful, actually.

Things are going well...school is getting increasingly more demanding...Japanese is still kicking my ass.

My mood for work is very cyclical...I go in three month phases...for awhile its all good and I enjoy going and then I get to a point where I dread going...I'm currently in the downward phase. Love my co-workers, like my office...just don't feel like being there.

Also took up skating last week after 14 years off ice...and went again tonight. It was hella fun - I'm improving but still pretty shakey.

I'm so sleepy. Hm. I wonder why?

You'd mentioned to me the skating, sounds fun I keep meaning to go, but I don't like renting skates (or bowling shoes, but that's another matter) and I don't own a pair that fit me anymore.

Yeah, I'm lucky to own my own skates...and after 14 years they still fit. Its been really fun and great exercise...best of all I haven't fallen (yet). Still working on perfecting the triple lutz however.

Ah, no real reason behind the downward phase...I think many things in life are cyclical and our moods also fall in that category. Once I'm at work I'm more or less okay...its just thinking about it going that makes my cringe. Its also like this for a lot of people at this time of year...you have the hype for Christmas, then its over and its still winter...

I do alright with languages...I mean yes J kicks my ass, but I really like it too and enjoy studying it...

I'm the same way; I'm always invisible to everone. Just a habit, because most of the names in my address book are names of business contacts I have in other companies so I can ask or answer quick questions without having to go through all the formal crap I have to if I need a formal and official response. I stay invisible because they know how to reach me, and during the day I generally would prefer to initiate other conversations based on my knowledge of my remaining schedule that day.

Pretty selfish of me actually.
