Just popping in. Two pharm techs in one thread. Hmm coincidence or fate?
OK.. our goal is to give MsT something to think about.
How about telling us something about what you liked to do before you were layed up. Have you travelled? I love going to the UK. Good beer.

Sweetheart, it's been so long since I've been able to do anything. I was in Israel in Feb 2001, and was planning on going back this past summer, but all of 2002 is reserved for surgery and recovery. I loved to garden, run around with my nieces and nephews, go for long walks....................
Hey, this is depressing me!!!!![]()
MsTerious said:I would go back to Israel tomorrow if I could. Those of us who have been there will tell you that if you're going to wait for there to be peace, you'll never get there. Oh, and btw, there was a bus bombing in the village that I was in when I was there, so it may not be better, but depending on luck, it may not be worse either. I'm sure you heard about the bus bombing a week and a half ago. I have a cousin who was on that bus. We knew that sooner or later it would hit home. He was sitting in the second row and the bomb went off as soon as the *&%$# got on the bus. Miraculously, my cousin was able to dive out the window and came out of it with only cuts and bruises.
As for my health, it won't come back. I'll have windows of time when I feel somewhat ok, but I'll never be "well." My knee surgeries were due to genetics. The bones in my legs are deformed (thankfully not visible) and my quads have never developed. So I've been dealing with this my whole life, although even if they had diagnosed it properly when I was a kid, they wouldn't have known back then wtf to do about it.
Ok, enough blabbing for now.![]()

MsTerious said:hehe you were one step ahead of me.
Granted, it's nice to be in NE, but for those of us who have been to Israel and love it, every bombing stings, regardless where we are. Even moreso for those of us who have family there. It's funny, Israel becomes a part of you once you've been there.
jdu said:Always wonderful to hear someone say that. I think that once you have kids, your whole outlook tends to change
MsTerious said:Hi Chewey! Well Chewey, make the most of the wet weekend. Grab some movies, a few board games, and enjoy some good family time together. Lord knows you deserve it!!!!!
Hello everyone else!! Have a good night!
