Wash / Oregon Roll Call

Hello all, Nova here. Just another Washingtonian dropping in to say hi. :)

Hello Mark...very nice to meet you. Whatever did happen to this thread? Think we can liven it up again?

Nova :rose:

The vibrant red rhododendron outside my front window is spectacular. That is one of the nice things about the northwest, our beautiful sping flowers and flowering trees.

Hello to all...from WA. Thankful for Spring! I'm a WA transplant and don't do well with the long winters and lack of sunshine, but I'm blooming now! ;)

Hello Again

Hello to everyone. Chilly and rainy in Centeral Oregon today. Rode my bike from Medford this morning. Rain most of the way and chilly coming over the pass. I guess I need a lady on the back to keep me warm on this cold days.

Alright, good to know there's at least SOME of us still out there.
Now what? LOL :D

Old Fart Thinking?

I was just sitting here thinking about this old fart all alone in Central Oregon looking for a damsel in distress to ride on the back of my bike. I guess it's just wishful thinking. Maybe I should go shopping for my wheel chair tomorrow instead.

HI Nova et.al.!

M/37 Eastside/Plateau area checking in to say "hi"! Thread seems deserving of a mid-summers BUMP! :)

more like a gun to the head (I am sure this statement will get me in trouble) I would say.... I mean it has been 2 1/2 months since anybody has posted in this thread..... until today....
Face it.... all the WA/OR threads spend most of their time way way on the back pages of Lit and virtually no real life meetings seem to materialize from these threads.... the apathy is a side effect from something Bush put's in the water I hear....

Had a beautiful day yesterday. We took the long drive around Mt. St. Helens through Cougar and stopped at the Ape Caves and then on up the back side to Spirt Lake. All in all it was an 11 hour day, and we could have done more. You can see the bulge in the dome with the stream escaping. The skys were crystal clear so the vistas were spectacular :D

Ride?

Succulent-One, last year I covered all 48 states. This year I have been to Sturgis, SD, Montana twice, and Washington three times and I am headed for Arizona in a few weeks.

Folks, I'm still around.

...

What? No one remembers me?

The NW threads do seem to die off often. It's probably because everyone does the same thing that I do. I check the NW threads all of once every four months.

Anyhoo. I'm still kicking, and still in Tacoma. Yep. ... Oh yeah, I'm still a guy, too, so don't get too worked up.

been busy fishing!

All of my spare time has been fishing lately. Been doing well too. Now that the weather is changing, I will be spending more time on the board.

Had a great summer.
