I don't know, but they need to turn it off! I have to crawl under my car to work on it soon, and my sunroof started leaking!

Argh... Rain just isn't fun.

put on your life preservers

Western Washington I am sorry you have all the rain! Hope it gets better soon:kiss: :rose:

Nothing we aren't used to. Although it has been a bit damper lately than even we're used to.

Speaking of crawling under cars to work on them. Thats how I spent half of last weekend.

It was one beautiful day in Oregon. What did you all do today? I went hiking in the Columbia Gorge:D :rose:

Hi everbody just dropped in to say hi and let you all know it was a geat da in washington or at lease in my area.

I went south to take a hike in Silver Falls State Park with all the waterfalls (where they filmed alot of "The Hunted".) Very enjoyable and peaceful--took a drive thru the scenic drive on 99W south of McMinnville Saturday...simply gorgeous. Stopped at a few wineries, did some tasting, and found a farm to get my hazlenuts/walnuts from just West of Dundee. Sooooooo relaxing!

Just popping in to say hi!

See who's still around. Hi AA... other than that, I don't seem to recognize anyone anymore. That's what I get for staying away so long.

Well, why don't you take a moment to re-introduce yourself? :)

I suppose I could do that...

Married, 24 yo from Oregon. Used to spend WAY too much time on Lit. Now I don't get to spend nearly enough, darn it.

It's like starting all over - yuck!

Dang, at least you're traveling! I'm just working, a lot. The only good thing is that I'm in charge. Of course, that's the big drawback also.

I'm glad it's finally cooled off some though. I was getting pretty stinkin' tired of the heat. Let the rain begin!!! LOL

Amen to that...the ground is like concrete on alot of the farms that I visit....harder than hell to take a soil sample without a jackhammer! LOL

NOO! Rain is bad. I've recently begun working for myself, and a big part of the stuff I've had to do lately involves wandering through barren dirt fields. Now the dirt has turned to mud. I don't care much for walking in the stuff.

Eh, it still beats working for someone else. :)
