I’m taking my daughter to Florida this weekend and I feel like she may need to push me around in a wheelchair. Lol

I'm sorry. Back pains are terrible. I've had those back in 2006. Had to do physiotherapy.

Back pain can be pretty debilitating indeed. I had it really bad years ago. psysical therapy and later yoga and weight loss helped me a lot.

Oh, if you have backpain you cannot have the luxury of gaining weight. Not even a little bit. I'm good now but from time to time I do have pain, during winter. I shouldn't wear heels in theory, but fuck it. I ain't giving them up.

Hopefully the PT and exercises they'll be teaching you to do will do the trick. I hated doing the back exercises but they worked for me. So good luck to you.
