I also use beef broth not only in the mixture, but I bake them instead of frying and the baking dish has beef broth in it

It makes a lot but it freezes well. Cheaper than pre-made.

It is very similar to fara's...this one has ground sausage w the burger...a must in my opinion if you don't have actual sausage in the gravy. You want the meatballs to be wet...almost to the point where you think they are too wet. They are not a meatloaf. But for baking...they will be perfect. The oven temp is based on size you make the meatballs. 375 is a good start. Don't overcook. And use good parm...not pre-shredded
