This used to be my feeling too. But now there are definitely people that I would meet for a cuppa coffee. There is one person that I am hoping I get to meet in March and there are a bunch of others that I would love to spend some time with. Just like @Strixaluco was talking about there are folks I’d like to meet for a vacation or a weekend or a night dancing. All of that would be fine with the right folks.
And just to clarify, all of the people that I would like to meet for a cuppa coffee, it’s all platonic. Those of you that may strike a chord that is more than platonic. I probably shouldn’t meet you for coffee.

I have met a Litster for coffee once. Rail and Tube strikes interfered with my plans for meeting two more long-time Lit friends the last time I was in London. I would have met up with Rainshine while in Australia a couple months ago, but couldn't make schedules work. I'd love to meet and hang out with a bunch of the people here.
