I love the answers given so far. I was reading through and thinking to myself, “oh yes, that one”, and then further on, “oh yeah, definitely that and that..”

So let me add some things that are important to me in addition to what’s already been said.

Patience: I need to feel like I can say anything to them, and if I need to attend to things at home, that person will understand and even appreciate that I have responsibilities and a life outside of Lit.

Acceptance: If (or when)we don’t agree on a subject, be accepting of that. I’m happy to have discussions with them about anything, but not if it is going to end up in an argument bc I don’t think the way they do. People are different and that’s a blessing.

Kindness: can’t stand snark. We all have a low moment when we may not be on our best behavior. But overall, they need to be a kind and friendly person.

Safety: I need to feel safe with them. Physically, mentally, emotionally.

Physical: audios, pictures, flirting, etc. All of those make me feel desired and that feeling is so wonderful and keeps me satisfied and content and fed.

My Five:

1. Humour. Keep it fun. Not only is sex supposed to be fun, in any other context the positions are ridiculous.

2. Imagination: (a) Have one. (b) Use it. That might mean imagining a different gender / equipment, kink or hot tub arrangement. Buy someone a virtual beer. Become a SexTherapist or Mechanic for Dr. Liz.
