Motown and James Brown always works. So melodic and fun. And 60s/70s rock works too.

Jimmy Buffet because you just cant be angry listening to Jimmy. "A Pirate Looks at Forty" might get you a little teary-eyed, but I just try to follow that with "Why Don't We Get Drunk (and Screw") or "Cheeseburger in Paradise"
