I think I did pretty well, actually. I created a schedule and stuck to it. So, I liked the written down thing, I altered days once or twice, but I didn't miss. I (mostly) listened to my body, too.
Good Morning, Sweaters!!
You did it!!
Take a moment and think back over the last month. Where did you start? What was your original goal and how did you do? The fact that youโre still here and still thinking about your workout or healthy eating, or whatever your goal was, is a victory in itself The change starts one step at a time and you just took 31 steps!![]()
Yeah I pay too. Planet Fitness is very reasonable. But no pool and no group classes. Itโs good for now, but I will probably switch it up soon.I get a discount for a gym but I choose to pay for a better quality gym with an outdoor pool
Take it easy Cat. Achilles tendons take a lot of time and you have to be very careful.
How do you guys deal with wanting to eat more when exercising more?
Donโt get me wrong, I donโt exercise to look good, I do it so I can eat more!
But when the eating more results in weight gain, how do you curb your appetite?
Good morning All
Taking my oldest to college has me thinking about all the gym perks I had in college. Free access to a state of the art gym. Free personal trainers. A huge pool. Free group exercise classes. Man, I was spoiled. Now everything is so expensive. My work technically has a gym that we can use for free but it is waaay across the county. Not convenient at all.
Does anyone have gym perks through work or somewhere else?
Longer to go!!!! You will take 2 steps forward and many back if you don't listen to your Dr and PT person.I know.. but, it is so hard!! Still.. yes, I do know.. the doc said a year.. the PT said at least a year.. it has been 5 months already, and.. I just want my tendon back!!![]()
My work has a gym but I choose another that I pay for because they have a 25m pool and a sauna. My plan is to go back there again.Good morning All
