i found some bump n grind in a box.... it says

sprinkle over the area librally ..
bring the bodies in close ,(this has to be a min of 2people theres no maxamum amount as to who can play)
when the skin is touching make up and down movements and the occional sideways one then change directions
.
when the heat builds up this is the time to bring in the bump
.
this is the compicated move , it reqiures practise to time it just right,,,
the particpants should aim for the peak of the pleasure wave

then bump and if they feel the need a few humps may be placed carefully as the pace calls for them ... follow these simple rules and the bump n grind will be safe and satisfactory .. but best of all ,,,, we can all join in ,,, lmao
