hello nightbird watchers my dog and i (and my kitty too ) will go in search of nightbird. we'll find him and drag him back here. i will report in on our progress

FG has always wanted to wear a real sword if he ever got married, so he went out and got a battle-ready Viking sword, and all of his groomsmen get daggers.

His mom is irked that I would let him do such a thing - but good lord, he's a grown assed man and can do what he wants. His his wedding too!

Yeah, it's amazing how emotionally invested everyone ELSE seems to be in our wedding.

His mom thinks we're crazy though. I'm wearing black & white striped stockings under my wedding dress & lace-up boots... we opted not to do a bunch of flowers and other decorations because the place we're getting married is already awesome as it is... my dress isn't solid white...

Lots of things that she rolls her eyes at us for.
