I hit a kind of personal milestone today. I did one bench press of a little more than my body weight. Now, before you get too impressed, understand I only weigh about 107 lb. I benched 110 lb. 
My goal is to get stronger so I can have a better recovery time after pregnancy (if/when that happens). Before, I only used weights to stay toned, and this strength building stuff is new(ish).
