Movie role Dom types.

I remember Yul Brenner as the King being pretty maleable on the inside. He fell in love with a woman who was NOT submissive, after having an infinite supply of nubile little subs at his command. Personally, I think this character was a closet sub in a Dom job, covering up as best he could...

(Having been a closet sub in a Dom job, I think I may have some authority on the subject! ;) )
Lol, Anna was very strong willed, if not very Dom herself ;)
David Bowie's character in "Labrynth".mmmmmm liked it.
My Fair Lady is one of my favorites (had a 22ft catalina named it)
I haven't seen Face/Off in a while so I don't really remember the characters much.

Can you recommend just one of Walken's for someone unfamiliar with him?

Sorry this has taken a while..I've been a busy girl.

Most notable for me.
The Prophesy-Gabriel,
King of New York- Frank White,
True Romance-Vincenzo,
Last Man Standing-Hickey,
Pulp Fiction - Kooms ( "I brought your daddy's watch back from 'nam" etc)
And he was Cutter in the animation Antz.
You might remember him best from Fat Boy Slim's "Weapon of Choice" music clip.

Thanks for recommendations. He's been acting for a long time and I had no idea which film(s) to start with.

After those discussion of the Phantom: If shows count, the character of Hyde (from Jekyll&Hyde) in the show has some great scenes in the second act with Lucy (the prostitute) that are D/s and also SM. Made shivers run down my spine.

Johnny Depp's Dorian in The League Of Extraordinary Gentlemen too.

George Banks in Mary Poppins springs to mind. Winifred could do anything outside the front door, but inside the house she tried, so desperately, to be the perfect wife.

How about Arnold in The Terminator, he was cool.

Or what about Sylvester Stallone in Judge Dredd, that guy was super Dominant! Big muscles and everything!

Sorry couldnt sub to a cyborg, nor a rock ape. Top them maybe..mmmm

Arnie as Conan, on the other hand, is an option, but only in a barbarian society.
( hence Gor will always be a fantasy for me)

OK, what about that yellow dude in Sin City.

He was a Dom, right?

I feel the same way about all the Frankenstein offshoots, no matter how "haywire" the creations may go, they are dreamy bottoms. I want a robot.

there's a difference between a dom and a fucking psycho.....or is there....

Depends on who you ask. He seemed like a cool guy to me.

I've never seen fight club!! everyone tells me to, and I always say I will, but it never happens.

You should, I hesitate to say so because I hate when people are like "it's the best" and few things live up to that.

It has some flaws, but it's pretty damn interesting.

The ending has already been blown for me, so I'm not sure if I would really enjoy it. I probably will see it at somepoint though

How'd we forget Brad Pitt in fight club?

I just about died when I saw him slide on the rubber glove. And Helena Bonham Carter kind of crawling weakly back onto the bed (or am I inventing that part?)

I was thinking more about the cigarette scene and his relationship with Ed Norton. And the cult leader kinda vibe he had going.

Shut up! I haven't seen Fight Club either, and it hasn't been ruined for me...yet!

...or has it?

Not to spin this thread in too contrary a direction, but I can name one very talented actress who has failed twice to be Dommie when the character called for it:

Halle Barry, as either Storm or Catwoman.

She's gorgeous, sure, but she's so obviously a sub. Too bad they didn't make these movies while Angela Bassett was young enough to play the parts. :( Now, she could top me any time!
