Btw..I went to urgent care. Confirmed the strep. I'm on omnicef...

I'm happy you got to the doctor and are finally on the mend...

There's a message in there somewhere RA. Urgent Care is open nights and on weekends. You could have gone a couple of days ago. just saying... :kiss:

Years ago, I didn't even have a doctor. I used Urgent Care on the rare times I needed one. Open till 11:00 pm and weekends too. It worked great for me. :rolleyes:

I hadn't planned on going since by the end of the day my throat hardly hurt at all. However, a friend I work with insisted I go..so I went after work. I told her she was mothering me, but, I didn't want her to worry. She's older, and was around when strep=>rheumatic fever=>myocardial valve damage

She's a good friend.

I don't get out your way very often. Occasionally go to SA to see my brother and a business associate, but that's about all.

Brrr, of all the days to have a hair appointment. Oh well, at least I get to stay in from tomorrow 'till the after the rain & stuff is supposed to stop.

Evening all... fire in the fireplace.. again! So thankful I put in that cord of wood. It may come in a little bit handy the next couple of days.
 
Evening newbie and Lolly........fireplace feels too good tonight. The dog and I are all snuggled up in the recliner. However, a Chihuahua doesn't afford me very much to snuggle with.
