It really isn't that hard, in all honesty. Just one day planner and keeping who is doing what straight. The hardest thing is getting all the schedules to mesh sometimes.

You brought tears to my eyes with this one hun.. Saturdays are my last day of the week. When we would get home after I got off work I would curl into him while he watched a little tv and take a nap. After naptime I would get some quiet time reading in one of my favorite spots while he made dinner for us. Damn sometimes I really do miss that man!

I actually did have one boyfriend who cooked a lot...so i feel like i kinda lied in my post...

Although it isn't so much the having someone cook, as much as it is having someone to eat with that i miss...

I think I'd be a lousy one to talk on this thread ... potentially I (or anyone in the midst of the legal process for divorce) could depress everyone so much they'd stay out of Lit for a month.

What will I be looking most forward to when it's done -- when I'm on my own? I could say sex, but that statement would just be to amuse myself -- it's unfortunately probably gonna be awhile yet (but bless those baby seals). I'd say the lack of stress, not having to worry about some inoccuous little thing setting off a half-hour argument; being able to walk into any room in the house without having to look over my shoulder and see if someone is upset; having time with my children without having someone judge me as to what we're doing, spying on us, trying to twist things around. Just the idea that there won't be someone around getting some sort of perverse satisfaction if I make a mistake... Frustrating. Of course, that's not an advantage of being single over being married. That's an advantage of being single over being POORLY married.
