Ok, you guys get my FIRST POST! Wow, it feels great! Anyway, I am 24, married to a 39 yr old....... and he is going through a mid life thing that makes him not as interested in sex..... it's a problem....Anyway, I have been reading the stories here for about a year.....and have wanted him to try some things, but he is pretty unresponsive most of the time (NO I didn't put on a bunch of weight or anything.....and I do still get hit on...so I think it is all HIM). I'll tell you only if you promise not to laugh. I live in a small town West of (and SMALLER THAN) Blaine. There are about 2,000 people here. I miss the city - there are 3 bars, and ALL of them are dives, places that I would never step foot in if I were still in Seattle......That is the hicks!

I'm a girl in the Portaland/Vancouver Area!!

Well I am originally from New Jersey but I've been living in the Portland/Vancouver area for 2 years now. I've got to tell you, I love life here. The springs and summers are so beatutiful! I went to Mt Hood in the middle of May and there was snow on the mountain. It blew me away. I was standing in a 1/2 inch of snow with a pair of shorts on! Jersey was hot and humid and Washington was just paradise. I love it here... But the winters suck.

Melissa.....don't be ashamed. I grew up in a town that was actually smaller than you speak of. We had about 1800 people when I graduated High School.

Small towns have their redeeming factors sometimes. For instance, it is nice to know everyone. Then again, it isn't always so nice for everyone to know you!!

SSSA, couldn't resist. 1800 souls would have been at least a 100% increase in population in the town I grew up in. We had no commercial district at all, just a couple of stores that would be called 'convenience' stores these days. There were a couple churches, four one room schools (all 8 grades in each) one large (about 25-30 employees) industry and an awful lot of dairy farms. Swimming involved a bicycle ride for several miles to a creek and shopping involved a once a week trip to the next town. Notice I didn't say city. Ahh, those were the days!! And I would go back in a New York (whatever that is) minute although I would miss the 'puter.
