Tried watching Strange Darling, quit on it about 25 minutes in. Sometimes I can’t quite figure out how movies get such high ratings.

Now on to Hunter Hunter. Devon Sawa recommended it to me when I met him in March. Said he was super proud of it, but theater closings in 2020 ended up shelving it and it didn’t get a proper release.

I don’t remember him being in Empire Records. It’s been a long time since I saw that one, though.

Heart Eyes is his most recent and it’s pretty damn good. One of the best slasher flicks Ive seen in some time. (And I’m a horror film junkie).

Last few movies I watched were Conclave, Kneecap and Anora. Also recently watched Shannon Hoon of Blind Melin doc called All I Can Say. Would recommend all.

We saw Sinners in the theater. (Also saw The Minecraft movie in the theater, lol). Definitely recommend both, for very different reasons. Oh, yeah - also saw The Amateur with free passes. Also good!

Companion was the most surprising recent movie for me. It looked watchable and my expectations were low, and it blew me away! I do already love Jack Quaid and Sophie Thatcher, but if I didn’t, this one would have sealed the deal.

Hunter Hunter was good! My bf is a hunter and knows guns and had some issues with the plot, but I wouldn’t have noticed them.

I saw the sinner trailer a few months back and remember thinking “what the fuck is Michael b. Doing?! This is black snake moan in the Buffy universe.” But the reviews came out and I suckered up.

it was really good. Very entertaining. Easy recommend.

That was sfupid). What I'm actually thinking is that it's not fair that my daughter works so hard but doesn't get the results, while others on the team coast to better results.
