I'm always a bit sad when it's time to take down the Christmas decorations. I'll especially miss the new outside lighting gizmo we had this year that shot a green and red animated laser show on the side of the house.

Green and red specs came through the window in my den, as if they were escaping their outside responsibilities, and I was treated to a holiday light display on my ceiling.

But we move forward. The sunset is getting later and later every day, if only by a minute.
